I just noticed this great big form that was asking for all kinds of personal information here. I just had to delete that form!
It's better to do this while actually talking to someone. Ideally we would do this face to face. A lot of people plan to buy a house years in advance and for those people actually meeting with a real estate agent is not what they really want. That's ok, if you can put up with me fiddling with my phone while we talk I can figure it out. I have a spread sheet on my cell phone that calculates the essentials and can give you a good idea within a few minutes. I don't store names or identifing information in that spread sheet and overwrite all the details whenever I recalculate.
Aside from being a real estate agent I have 15 years experience in high tech information systems and I value your privacy too much to put up a form like that!
