Rent Increase Guideline for 2007

The Ministry of Municipal Affaires and Housing has published the 2007 Rent Incease Guideline.


2.6% is the maximum amount that most landlords can increase a tennants rent without making an application to the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal from January 1, 2007, to December 31, 2007.
