Some highlights from teh September 8th, 2006 release are:

• Average price of homes sold in August 2006 through the MLS® system, in Ottawa was 260,784$.


• Average resale price in the Ottawa area has increased almost 9% compared to August 2005.


• There were nearly 200 more condominium units sold in the first 8 months of 2006 than in 2005.
