The Real Estate Information Wiki has now been password protected. Sorry to do this to everyone, but, it's absolutely necisary. I will post information about properties that I research in the wiki. These properties may be listed by other agents or they may be "For Sale by Owner" (FSBO) properties. In either case I do not have the right to publically market these properties.
I am permitted to provide this information to my clients though, which is why the Real Estate Information Wiki has been password protected. In order to acquire a username and password to the Real Estate Information Wiki I must have a valid agency agreement on file.
