How to List a Property
Pictures are worth a thousand words. Nothing can compete with a simple photograph for it's immediate impact on a persons impressions. Take many photographs the property.
Photograph the property during the day and during bright sun light. If it happens to be raining on the day of the first photo shoot then return at the next convenient time and take additional photographs.
Avoid displaying clutter and personal objects. A picture of the bed in the master bed room is great. A picture of an unmade bed with clothes on the floor is not.
Try to accumulate at least 1 photo of every room and of every entrance to your property. Include additional photos of any out buildings. MLS permit's 8 photographs use all 8 if you can.
