Where does the time go?

Where does the time go? Wow. I look at the blog and it's been almost a year since I posted anything. Well I'll tell you, I have covered a lot of ground in that time.

I bought a Duplex in April of 2006. I've been fixing it up since I moved in. At the end of the month I will be gutting the bathroom in the main unit of the duplex, right down to the studs. ;) I figure there has got to be a first time for everything and these last few years have had many firsts.

I am an active real estate agent now. It's been a great learning curve. I know exactly how I want to approach this career. I'll be posting more information on this in the future.
