Power of Sale Properties in Ontario

If you are looking for Power of Sale properties in and around Ottawa Ontario I can help. From what I have seen these properties are not normally identified as power of sale properties to the public. However the REALTORS® are advised of this fact.

When acquiring one of these properties it is best to have a REALTOR acting as a buyers agent (i.e. YOUR agent) . The listing agent has fiduciary duties to the mortgagor and is not going to suggest that you go down to city hall and pull title to the Power of Sale property. Nor will the listing agent offer to investigate the last time the Power of Sale property was purchased and for how much using the geowarehouse database. There are a lot of things that a listing agent cannot do for a buyer.

As a buyers agent (YOUR agent) I am not allowed to list all of the Power of Sale properties currently available on my public web site. This would be marketting the property and I am not the listing agent so I do not have the right to openly market all Power of Sale properties. Once we have established a relationship though, I can show you everything that I see. ;)
